- Honors-Designated Hours Requirement:
- 完成十八（18）学分的荣誉指定核心课程, including at least one Honors-Designated course in Biology (BIOL), Chemistry (CHEM), Mathematics (MATH), or Physics (PHYS).
- Coursework beyond Honors-Designated Hours Requirement:
- 完成学术课程以外的300或400级课程的十二（12）个学期学分, 非通识教育核心课程必修课程，且不计入专业的课程。, which must be completed with a grade of “C” or higher.

- Successful completion of a Secondary Education Educator Preparation program, the Biochemistry Pre-Health major, or the Cell Biology Pre-Health major fulfills this requirement.

- AP credit may not count towards the Honors Core requirement.
